Information Notice on the right of withdrawal and return of faulty and non-conforming goods
- RETURNS for faulty products or in order to have the same product in a different size or colour;
Clothes bought on jaked.com can be exchanged on the condition that they are in perfect condition and/or the condition in which they were received at delivery. Items must be returned by post 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery (for items belonging to triathlon and competition categories this period is extended to 30 (thirty) working days). Items will only be exchanged if there is stock available at the shop, and if the following conditions are respected:
- Goods can be returned only if the purchaser completes the relevant Returns/Exchanges Form, downloadable at this link (see also: INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA);
- The Returns/Exchanges form must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Once the return has been confirmed by us, products must be shipped within and not later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery, to the address indicated by our customer service.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags, and, where applicable, the original hygienic protection. Returns can be affected only for products that are in original condition and which have not been used;
- After verifying that the product is in perfect condition and that the procedure for returns has been respected by the client, Jaked will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid. The amount will be reimbursed directly to the credit/debit card with which payment was originally made;
- Postal charges incurred in the shipment of items to be returned will be paid by the client. Jaked will pay for return postage ONLY in case of returns for damaged or faulty products;
Jaked.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges sent after the stated deadline or garments that are not returned in the condition in which they were originally received.
