Couriers and Destination Countries
Miriade S.p.A. ships throughout Italy via Poste Italiane and uses DHL Economy and Express services for international deliveries.
Products can only be sold in countries within geographic Europe and in the states of the former USSR. Sales to Canada and the United States of America are not allowed.

Delivery Times
Italy and European Union: 3–5 working days after the courier picks up the parcel.
Non-EU countries: 5–7 working days after pickup.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination or due to force majeure.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination country, ZIP code, and total order weight.
For all orders delivered in Italy, shipping is free for orders over €79.90.
For non-EU destinations, any customs duties and charges are always borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking code to monitor your delivery in real time.
Through the tracking service, you can also reschedule delivery or change the address. With Smart Alert, you’ll receive automatic SMS and email updates about your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Options
Customers can choose from several delivery methods:

  • Home delivery

  • Hold for pickup at authorized post offices or P.O. boxes

  • Lockers and PuntoPoste (tobacconists, partner shops, and 24/7 automated kiosks)

With Poste Italiane’s Scegli Tu service, you can customize delivery by requesting:

  • Delivery to an alternative address

  • Pickup at a PuntoPoste or Locker

  • Delivery to a neighbor or concierge

  • Scheduled storage in case of prolonged absence

Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is absent:

  • The courier will make two automatic delivery attempts;

  • After the first unsuccessful attempt, a notice is left and the second attempt is made the next business day;

  • If delivery fails again, a notice is left in the mailbox indicating the post office where the parcel can be collected within 10 business days (including Saturday).

Support and Delays
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please check its status using the tracking code or from your personal account.

In case of order cancellation, you will receive a refund using the same payment method used during purchase.
