Gift Card - Termini e Condizioni
The JAKED Gift Cards are available in different denominations (min. €25, max. €500) and allow purchases exclusively online on jaked.com.
How to obtain them
JAKED Gift Cards can be purchased on jaked.com.
To purchase one, simply choose the available denomination, enter the email address of the JAKED Gift Card recipient in the designated field, and pay the corresponding amount using one of the accepted payment methods. The JAKED Gift Card, already active, is sent via email to the indicated address and can be used on jaked.com by selecting it directly at checkout using the email address it is associated with.
Terms of use
The purchase of a JAKED Gift Card and its subsequent use imply full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms of use:
• It can be used exclusively to purchase items sold by JAKED on jaked.com.
• It can be split and therefore used for multiple purchases.
• If the value of the JAKED Gift Card is lower than the purchase amount, the difference must be paid using any of the other payment methods accepted by JAKED.
• It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• It is not rechargeable.
• It is valid for 12 months from activation.
• The amount loaded onto the JAKED Gift Card does not accrue interest.
• The value of the JAKED Gift Card includes VAT, regardless of the tax rate applicable to the items purchased using the JAKED Gift Card.
• It is a bearer card and equivalent to cash: it cannot be blocked, refunded, or replaced.
• It cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
• It is not possible to purchase a JAKED Gift Card using a return voucher.
• JAKED cannot be held responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of the JAKED Gift Card.
• In the event of a full or partial return of purchases paid with a JAKED Gift Card, the refund of the due amount will be issued to the same JAKED Gift Card used for the payment.
• In the event of a full or partial return of purchases made and paid with a JAKED Gift Card and Credit Card, the refund of the due amount will be issued to the Credit Card used for the payment.
Any complaint regarding the use of the JAKED Gift Card can be sent via email to support@jaked.com. Any dispute relating to the use of the JAKED Gift Card is governed by Italian law. These updated terms of use are available on jaked.com and in participating JAKED stores.
